I’m pleased to share that The Review of Litigation is now accepting submissions for Volume 45, which will be published during the 2025–2026 academic year. We welcome submissions from legal scholars, judges, and practitioners on issues relevant to modern litigation.
We’re especially interested in articles that advance academic scholarship while also being practical to litigators and judges. There’s no strict page limit, though most of our published articles are between 30 and 60 pages. We also welcome the submission of shorter pieces which will be reviewed both for publication in the Review and our online publication, the Brief. For more detailed submissions guidelines, please see our website.
We accept submissions on a rolling basis, and encourage early submission for full consideration in Volume 45.
To submit, please include:
A current draft of the article in .docx format
The author’s CV
A cover letter if you’d like to include one
We’re excited to review your work and look forward to seeing the thoughtful, innovative scholarship this cycle will bring. For questions, feel free to reach out to our Senior Articles Editor at carolinedeale@utexas.edu.
